Terms and conditions for online purchases on this website 
The seller is deemed to be LEITNER AG with registered office in 39049 Sterzing (Italy), Brennerstrasse 34, hereinafter referred to as "LEITNER" or "Seller". 
and the Buyer shall be any natural or legal person who places an online order on the website, hereinafter referred to as the "BUYER". 

The BUYER is identified by the data he/she inserts in the order form and sends to us. 
By sending this order form, the BUYER acknowledges and accepts the general conditions of sale. 

1.1 The provisions between LEITNER and the BUYER as the final consumer on the one hand are governed by the consumer protection regulations in force in the country of the seller. 

If the BUYER acts within the scope of his business activity under indication of his VAT number, the legal provisions between entrepreneurs shall apply. 

2.1 By selling via the internet LEITNER offers the customer a product range via the homepage. The BUYER has the possibility to view and buy the displayed items. 

3.1 The BUYER can access and purchase the individual items by following the instructions on the website: under the heading "Shop". 

3.2 LEITNER reserves the right not to deliver the ordered goods if the data in the order form is incorrect or incomplete. 

4.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT. For shipping 6,-- EUR will be charged. 

5.1 The order submitted by the customer to LEITNER is not binding for LEITNER until payment has been received by LEITNER. 

5.2 The order shall be delivered in a single shipment if possible. If for technical or logistical reasons a shipment is made in several stages, LEITNER shall charge the shipping costs only once. 

6.1 The delivery times depend on the delivery address of the BUYER, in any case the ordered goods will be delivered as soon as possible. For first orders this can take up to two weeks. 

7.1 Payment can be made by bank transfer. In any case, the payment must be made before the shipment of the items. Only the following bank details of LEITNER AG are valid:

8.1 The right of return applies only to BUYERS who do not purchase the items in connection with their business activity. The right of return does not apply to contracts between entrepreneurs. 

8.2 The BUYER may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item. 

8.3 In this case the BUYER must notify LEITNER by registered letter, fax or e-mail within 14 days after receipt of the items. 

8.4 This notification must contain the following points: 

8.4.1. the data of the order to which the right of return is exercised. 

8.4.2. the express will of the BUYER to withdraw from the purchase contract 

8.4.3. the complete bank details of the BUYER.  

8.5 The item must be returned to LEITNER within 14 days of receipt. 

8.6 The costs and risk of transport for the return are at the exclusive expense of the BUYER. The return will only be accepted by LEITNER if the item arrives in its original packaging and without damage. Should the items show traces of use or damage upon return, LEITNER reserves the right to claim for compensation. 

8.7 The BUYER will be refunded the amount of the returned items within 30 days. 


With regard to the processing of personal data, LEITNER informs that the data provided by the BUYER or received in the course of LEITNER's activities are collected in a database. Subsequently, these data may be processed by employees of LEITNER AG and companies associated with it. 
The "personal data" will be handled with the following purposes: exercise of the contractual relations, commercial activity, organization, statistics, fulfillment of the accounting and tax information obligations required by law.

10.) Applicable law and competent court  

10.1 Any dispute between the parties concerning the purchase contract concluded online on the Internet homepage is subject to the law of the country in which the seller has its legal domicile. 

10.2 If the BUYER is located abroad or is a company and buys the items within the scope of its business activity, the competent court is exclusively that of the country in which the Seller has its legal seat. 
By placing an order, the BUYER accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale available on the website, confirms that he/she has examined them, also with regard to the applicable sources of law and the place of jurisdiction, and expressly agrees with them.
