The company LEITNER AG is responsible for processing your personal data on our website. You can find our data in the imprint. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. Your data will not be passed on to other recipients without your express consent.
Collection, processing and use of personal data
Access data/ Server log files
We automatically collect and store information that your browser transmits to us. These are
the operating system used,
Referrer URL (the previously visited page),
the host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
the time of the server request
the amount of data transferred and
the message whether the request was successful.
The IP addresses of the users are deleted or anonymized after termination of use. In the case of anonymization, the IP addresses are changed in such a way that the individual information about personal or factual circumstances can no longer be assigned to a specific or identifiable natural person or can only be assigned to such a person with a disproportionate amount of time, cost and effort. The data in the so-called log files are evaluated by us in anonymous form in order to further improve the website and make it more user-friendly, as well as to find and correct errors more quickly. In addition, they are used to control the server capacities in order to be able to provide appropriate data volumes if necessary.
If you contact us by form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be processed by us and other companies of the HTI AG Group for the purpose of processing your request, without prejudice to your right to withdraw your consent.
You have the option of subscribing to an e-mail newsletter via our website. For this, we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.
In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process information voluntarily provided about your personal salutation, your preferred language and your areas of interest.
Once you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your registration.
You have the right to revoke your consent at any time by written notification or (in the case of the e-mail newsletter also) by clicking on the unsubscribe link, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.
For the purpose of contract processing, the following data is stored by us: full name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, tax number and bank coordinates. The data provided by you are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank/payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations.
After cancellation of the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (10 years).
The data name, address, purchased goods and purchase date will be stored beyond that until the expiry of product liability (10 years). The data processing is based on the legal provisions of Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the DSGVO.
Passing on of data to third parties
Data collected by us will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of contract performance or billing, or if you have given your prior consent. The data thus passed on may only be used by our service providers to fulfill their task. These have been carefully selected by us and commissioned in writing. They are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored by us. No other use of the information is permitted and none of the service providers entrusted by us will use it for any other purpose.
Vacancies and online applications
On our website, we offer vacancies with the option of sending us an application online (by e-mail or via the online application form). If you apply, your data will only be collected and processed by us as part of the application process.
If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If you disable cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited. You can find more information about the cookies used on this website here.
Web analysis with Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
For the administration of our website and the integration of cookie-based technologies, we use the service Tag Manager, which is offered by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). For this purpose, your IP address is transmitted to a Google server, which may also be located in the USA, each time one of our Internet pages is called up. The IP address is not stored by Google as part of the Tag Manager service and is only used to integrate the technologies managed by the Tag Manager. The Tag Manager itself does not set cookies.
As an AdWords customer, we also use Google Conversion Tracking, an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). In the process, Google Adwords sets a cookie on your computer ("conversion cookie") if you have reached our website via a Google ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of ours and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that someone has clicked on the ad and thus been redirected to our site. Each AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked through the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The AdWords customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can also refuse the setting of a cookie required for this - for example, via a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies. You can also disable cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain "googleadservices.com".
Our pages use retargeting technologies from Google. The provider is Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
This makes it possible to target visitors to our website with personalized, interest-based advertising. The advertising is displayed using a cookie-based analysis of previous usage and surfing behavior. To the best of our knowledge, no personal data is stored in the process. A cookie is stored for this purpose in order to collect anonymized data about the interests of users and thus to customize advertising to this information. These cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer or mobile device.
Facebook Custom Audiences
We use the "Custom Audiences" remarketing feature of Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). When you visit our website, a connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook thereby receives the information that our website has been visited from your IP address. If you are a Facebook member, Facebook can link this information - unless you have objected to this in the privacy settings of your Facebook profile - with your Facebook profile and use it for the targeted display of Facebook Ads.
Simultaneously with the use of Google Analytics, we use the service Leadfeeder, which is operated by Liidio Oy, Mikonkatu 17, 0100 Helsinki, Finland. Leadfeeder accesses the list of website visitors' IP addresses provided by Google Analytics in the analysis and links the list of IP addresses to information about the companies that can be found on the Internet under these IP addresses. Due to the shortening of the IP addresses of the website visitors, which is already carried out when using Google Analytics, a direct personal reference is not established. A reference to a person may arise on a presumptive basis when reviewing the linked company information.
You can object to the collection, processing and recording of data generated by the Crazy Egg service at any time by following the instructions at www.crazyegg.com/opt-out.
Social media plug-ins
If you do not want Facebook to associate your visit to our website with your Facebook account, we ask you to log out of your Facebook user account when you visit our website.
Right of information and revocation
You have the right to information, correction, deletion and restriction of processing of personal data as well as the right to data transfer.
In addition, you have the right to revoke any consent you may have given for the processing of your personal data. The lawfulness of the processing of the personal data until the revocation is not affected by the revocation.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. In the event of an objection, your personal data will no longer be processed for the purpose of direct marketing.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority.
